Saputo’s March Difference Makers
David Dempsey – David joined the Saputo Palletizing room in October 2024 and quickly mastered the operation of all our Alvey and robot machines, which are crucial for palletizing all product lines from production to be ready for shipment. He approaches his work with an amazing attitude and a passion that is truly inspiring. David ensures production runs smoothly, maintains a clean work area, and is a pleasure to work with. Bryant Goldsmith – Bryant joined the Distribution team in April 2024. Initially hired as a forklift driver, he swiftly transitioned to a yard driver, where he expertly handles all trailer movements to support various departments within the plant. Bryant consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency, maintains a clean yard, and communicates effectively with all departments via radio. He is always ready to cover shifts at short notice and takes his job very seriously. This is Bryant’s second stint at Saputo, and we are thrilled to have him back. Luis Pena – Luis is a shining example of integrity and dedication at Saputo. Since joining the company in July 2022, Luis has been recognized as the Difference Maker of the Month twice. His commitment to safety, quality, and training new EH filler operators the right way has led to consistent improvements in half-gallon performance within his team. Thanks to Luis’s hard work, productivity has increased by 1,300 cases per shift over the past year. His efforts have not only driven team success but have also set a high standard for excellence within the organization.
