Saputo February Difference Makers

Saputo February Difference Makers
  • PublishedMarch 18, 2025

Jacob Swavel began his career at Saputo in December of 2021 as a Production Clerk before transitioning to an ESL Blender in May of 2022. He accepted his current role of Safety Coordinator in August of 2022, where he has put his background in Firefighting and Paramedics training to use repeatedly. Jacob’s passion for safety along with his hardnosed work ethic has earned respect amongst his peers. No matter how big the task, or how frustrating the work may be, he takes everything I throw at him in stride and usually with a smile. It is a true blessing to have someone with his knowledge and skill in our department. Please congratulate Jacob on being a Difference Maker of the Month. ~ Kyle Peeks

Over the past 6 months, Brandon McFarland has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to his responsibilities. Not only has he shown an impressive capacity to grasp new concepts and skills, Brandon has also gone above and beyond to assist in all areas of the department. His continuous efforts and positive attitude are truly inspiring. Thank you for your dedication and contributions to our team.

~ Chris Bullard.

DeMarco Johnson has quickly become a huge contributor for the commodities department since beginning his career with Saputo in August 2024. DeMarco comes to work ready to help each day and keeps a great attitude regardless of the circumstances. DeMarco seamlessly filled in as lead on nights at a critical point last month and was able to batch well over 5 million pounds in the month of February. DeMarco is absolutely a difference maker. Thank you, DeMarco, for your hard work and dedication, and for being a difference maker. ~ Danny Strickhausen

Congratulations to each of you and thank you for everything you do for Saputo! Each of you will receive a Difference Maker Tee Shirt for a job well done! ~ Joe Wallace
