Obituary for Waymon Freeman
Waymon Freeman, age 87, of Cumby, Texas passed away at Sunny Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Waymon Gene Freeman was born on May 14, 1937 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Lee and Oma (Beason) Freeman and was one of nine children. Waymon was married to Myrna (Cota) Freeman for over 50 years.
Waymon is survived by his daughter, Star Freeman; and step children, Myrna Baldwin of Oceanside, California and Vernie Cota of Cumby, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Oma Freeman; and his wife, Myrna Freeman.
