Dillon Verner – Dillon has been an invaluable part of the commodities team for two years. His previous experience as a UHT operator has complemented his time working as an ESL blender. Through his hard work and passion, he earned a lead position in November 2023. Dillon’s commitment to his team and his work is truly unmatched. He excels at creating efficient plans to keep all priority fillers running smoothly on his shift. His leadership skills and approachable personality have been on full display as he has successfully trained several new receivers and blenders within the department. Congratulations, Dillon, on being named Difference Maker of the Month, and thank you for all that you do for our team! – Danny Strickhausen

Lacey Buffington – Lacey began her career at Saputo on June 21, 2022, as a Utility Operator. She quickly acquired expertise in operating the Scholle bag fillers, positioning herself for advancement to a full-time filler operator role. Within two months, she was promoted to a full-time Scholle Operator. Lacey has distinguished herself as an exceptional operator and a reliable team member, contributing positively to all lines. She offers assistance to the opposite shift when needed, maintains a positive attitude, and always has a smile on her face. Serafin Barrientos – Since joining Saputo in March 2022, Serafin Barrientos has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment. He has diligently learned all forklift processes, ensuring that every order is delivered to our customers on time. Serafin approaches each day with a sense of urgency, always prioritizing the needs of both our customers and his coworkers.
