Obituary for Cindy Malone
Funeral service for Cindy Lou Abston Malone, age 56, of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rockdale Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Malone passed away at her home on Monday, September 9, 2024.
Cynthia Lou Malone was born on May 4, 1968 in Charleston, West Virginia to John R. and Cheryl (Layton) Abston. She married Jessie Malone in Hopkins County on November 17, 1996. Cindy was a member of the Grace Family Church in Sulphur Springs.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Jessie Malone; mother, Rev. Cheryl Campbell-Harris; brother, John Richard Abston; niece, Emmy Abston; and her four-legged baby, Gracie Malone.
She was preceded in death by her father, John R. Abston.
