Saputo July Difference Makers

Chad Bennett – Chad has been with Saputo now for 5 years.  During his tenure, he has learned several roles: filler operator, blender, UHT operator and, currently, an ESL Production Lead.  His experience within the ESL department exposed and highlighted Chad’s valuable leadership skills.  On numerous occasions he has covered entire shifts by himself, proving his abilities while leading by example.  Chad is extremely detail oriented and uses this to create an effective line of communication to his teams.  Please help me congratulate Chad on being a Difference Maker of the month for July!! – Danny Strickhausen 

Daniel Johnson – Daniel “The Machine” Johnson is just that; a machine!!  He continues every day to have an unmatched sense of urgency and integrity.  Daniel has been an EQ Filler Operator for 2 ½ years but was recently asked to a be dedicated trainer as well.  He has certainly proven that his training skills are as awesome as his work skills.  Daniel’s level of dedication when it comes to instilling his knowledge affectively on new employees is unparalleled. Congratulations “Machine” on being a 2-time Difference Maker of the month!! – Danny Strickhausen 

Deborah Wetzel – Deborah has only been with Saputo for about 6 months but came in with a mindset and work ethic that continues to amaze her co-workers.  She hired on as a Utility Operator but quickly made it known that that she would be moving up; and she did!!  She took over as an EH filler operator a short time later and transformed that shift’s performance immediately.  Deborah is an exemplary role model and I look forward to witnessing her continued growth.  Great job Debroah on being a Difference Maker!! – Danny Strickhausen
