Funeral service for Clint Weldon Wilson, age 41 of Cooper, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Yantis Cemetery with Hayden Wilson, Brody Potts, Charlie Ross, George Reichenbach, Dwain Wilson, and Andrew Hall serving as pallbearers. The honorary pallbearer will be Dwayne Gore. There will be no formal visitation. Mr. Wilson passed away on May 18, 2023.

 

Clint was born on November 2, 1981 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Charles Edward and Ava Justeene (Hughes) Wilson. He was self-employed. Clint Wilson, he was never traditional, ordinary, or regular. He was extraordinary, super intelligent and everything he did he did it with 100 % gusto, never holding back an ounce. He lived hard and he loved hard. He was and is deeply loved by his mother and cherished by his little brother, who was the most important person in his life. He let very few people in. We lost him too soon. He is loved unconditionally and will live in our hearts and minds forever. We will miss him forever, until we meet again.

 

He is survived by his ; mother, Ava Wilson and Roger Sewell; brother, Roy Wilson and wife Hillary; nieces, Rylee Wilson and Dakotah Wilson; nephew, Hayden Wilson; father, Eddie Wilson, and Terry; daughter, Lola “Justeene” Wilson; grandson, Elijah Huffman; ; aunts, Cindy Wilson, Jamie Gore and Kelly Pope; uncle, Dwain Wilson; cousin, Autumn Wilson who was more like a sister and daughter, Jacy-Ann; cousins, Jesse Sewell, Brody Potts, Charlie Ross and numerous other cousins.

 

Clint was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lola Hughes, Weldon Hughes, Peggy Hodges Pope and Charles Wilson.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
