Obituary for Karen Kenney

Graveside service for Karen Kenney, age 66, of Carrollton will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Seymore Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service graveside. Ms. Kenney passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 in Plano, TX

Karen Kay was born on January 18, 1956 in Dallas, Texas to Loran ad Mattie Kenney. Karen worked as a warehouse manager. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Karen will be remembered as a devoted daughter, sister and mother. She loved life and her gift was her positive attitude and constant smile. She cared for her parents and raised her family with love and devotion.

She is survived by her son, Mickey Kelly of Carrollton and grandson, Cole Richards of Highland Village.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jessica Kelly and her brother, David Kenney

Memorial can be made to Alzheimer’s Association at act.alz.org in lieu of flowers.

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
