Funeral service for Willa Dickey, age 82 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Dr. Jeff Gravens officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Ms. Dickey passed away on November 28, 2022 at Carriage House Manor.

Willa was born on September 13, 1940 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Samuel Clyde and Hester (Baxley) Dickey. She worked at First National Bank in Dallas for 48 years. Willa was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her brothers, Tommy Dickey and Samuel Dickey and Wife, Becky; sisters, Bessie Cockrum and husband, Billy Wayne, Peggy Miller and husband, James, Patsy Riley and husband, Richard; sister-in-law, Belinda Dickey and numerous nieces and nephews.

Willa was preceded in death by her parents; Clyde and Hester; sisters, Linda Sue Dickey and Carolyn Smith, and husband, Billy Joe; brothers, Allen Dickey and wife, Sarah, William (Bill) Dickey; sister-in-law, Carol Ann Dickey.

Arrangements under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
