Funeral service for Maria Gutierrez, age 55 of Pickton, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, November 11, 2022 at St James Catholic Church with Father Victor Hernandez officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery with Alejandro Gutierrez, Osvaldo Gutierrez, Mario Gutierrez, Ricardo Salazar, Eric Reyes, Alfredo Salazar serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held the night before at the family’s house. Mrs. Gutierrez passed away on November 3, 2022 at her residence.
Maria was born on January 13, 1967 in Jalpa, Zacatecas Mexico to Francisco and Maria Aguayo. She married Jose Gutierrez on January 16, 1991 in Jalpa, Zacatecas Mexico. Maria was a stay at home wife and mom. She was a member of the St. James Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jose; daughter, Jenny Thornhill and husband, Joseph; sons, Alejandro Gutierrez and wife, Maria Medrano, Osvaldo Gutierrez and Mario Gutierres; grandchildren, Emma, Stella, Leo, Mia ; Sisters, Maria Hortencia Aguayo, Maria Guadalupe Salazar, Marta Aguayo, Maria de Jesus Martinez, Consuelo Aguayo and Irma Aguayo; mother, Dolores Aguayo.
Maria was preceded in death by her father Francisco Aguayo; sister Aurora Salazar and brother, Antonio Aguayo

El funeral de María Gutiérrez, de 55 años, de Pickton, Texas, se llevará a cabo a las 10:00 A. M. el Viernes, 11 de Noviembre de 2022 en la Iglesia Católica St. James con el Padre Víctor Hernández oficiando. Entierro seguirá en Restlawn Cemetery con Alejandro Gutierrez, Osvaldo Gutierrez, Mario Gutierrez, RicardoSalazar, Eric Reyes, Alfredo Salazar sirviendo como portadores del féretro. El velorio se llevará a cabo la noche anterior en casa de la familia.
La señora Gutiérrez falleció el 3 de Noviembre de 2022 en su residencia.
María nació el 13 de Enero de 1967 en Jalpa, Zacatecas México de Francisco y María Aguayo. Ella se casó con José Gutiérrez el 16 de Enero de 1991, en Jalpa, Zacatecas , México. María era una ama de casa esposa y madre. Era miembro de la Iglesia Católica St. James.
