Memorial service for Becky Ann Sanderson, age 69 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at 2:00P.M. on August 25, 2022 at Trinity Harvest Church of God in Sulphur Springs, Tx with Pastor Doug Holt officiating. Mrs. Sanderson suddenly rose to Glory on August 20, 2022.

Born in Dallas to Ray Franklin Milton and Irene Furman Milton, Becky spent her younger years growing up in Pleasant Grove, where she loved dancing, skeet shooting, and roller skating at the Twilight Time rink. After graduating from H. Grady Spruce High School, Becky held various clerical positions for doctors and lawyers in south Dallas before getting married and being blessed with the love of her life, Kaleb; her forever baby boy.

Shortly thereafter, Becky chose to raise her son in Sulphur Springs and serve as a clerk for ABF Freight. After retiring, Becky worked another 23 years as a Texas Regional Director for foreign exchange students, where she found host families for well over 350 students.

Becky was always in motion, whether it was cheering for her son in sports, cooking, floral design, or serving as volunteer for the Sulphur Springs Police Department. Throughout her adult years, her favorite thing do when she wasn’t boasting about her son, was dancing, no matter the time or the place!

Becky is survived by her son, Kaleb Sanderson, who made up the entirety of her world and her brother Butch Milton. She was preceded by her parents, Ray and Irene, and her grandmother, Schley Milton, the most loved and influential woman of her life.

Becky had a servant’s heart and generously gave it away. She reached out to strangers with her heart, she spoke with her heart, she felt with her heart, and she experienced life with her heart. Becky was a strong, independent woman, with a persistent attitude and was always willing to help someone in need without hesitation or reservation. In fact, her entire life, Becky was adamant that her body be donated to science so she could help others one last time.
