Cynthia A. Dupons, 61, peacefully went to be with the Lord on July 7th, 2022, at her home in Sulphur Springs, TX. Cynthia and her Husband Scott made Sulphur Springs their home in 2020 after previously spending many years of their life in Texas having lived in Houston, George West, the Hill Country and Harlingen.

Cynthia was born at Chanute Airforce Base in Rantoul, Illinois on June 11th, 1961, and graduated Kelly Walsh High School in Casper, Wyoming in 1979. Cynthia attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos and then had a dedicated career as an Administrative Executive Assistant to executives at Allied Waste, Compaq Computers, and HP Computer.

She met her Husband Scott in 1992 and they married in Houston on September 17, 1994 sharing almost 28 years of marriage and over 30 years as a couple. Cynthia led and lived a BIG life and enjoyed many trips and adventures all over the world with her Scott. Cynthia cherished those memories and the life she shared with her husband and children Keegan Dupons & Mackenzie Dupons. Cynthia loved animals and enjoyed a lifetime with her many dogs but recently spent her days with her beloved cats Ren, Stimpy and Boots. In addition to being a self-taught rancher she was a proud member of several Country clubs including Sweetwater Country Club of Sugarland, TX & Harlingen Country Club of Harlingen, TX.

Cynthia also had many close friends and cherished and valued those relationships dearly. Many have described her as a fierce loving, caring friend, sister, mother, and wife. Cynthia has left a lasting impression on many over the decades of her life. Cynthia was especially close to Mary Kinskey, Sally Schuler and Jerrie Bellish who she talked, texted and messaged all the time!

Cynthia was preceded in death by her grandmother, grandfather, mother, father, father-in-law Gerald, & mother-in-law Linda, nephew Christian Scherf and brother-in-law David Dupons. She is Survived by her Husband Scott Dupons, son Keegan Dupons and wife Sherry, daughter Mackenzie Dupons and wife Heather Feagin, Siblings Katherine, Russell, and Michael, grandchildren James Feagin, Skyler, Noah, Raylyn and Harley Dupons. Other close family members to treasure her memory include Mother & Father-in-law Shirley & Mark Lopes, Sister-in-law Heidi & husband Steve Stump and their children Katie and Jimmy Stump, & nieces and nephews Alexander Scherf, Jared and Sharon Almon.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, gifts of condolences, or your attendance in her memory that you donate in Cynthia’s honor to your local women’s shelter, animal shelter or the American Cancer Society.
