PROGRAM:    Legal advice for Seniors 

Presenter:       Lisa Shoalmire of Ross & Shoalmire, Elder Law Attorneys .

Topics will include information on Estate planning, Powers of Attorney, wills and trusts. All retired school employees in the area are welcome.

Lisa’s extensive work in estate planning and asset protection has earned her an exceptional reputation among the Texarkana area and surrounding communities. Along with Estate Planning and Elder Law, she currently assists businesses with business succession planning and buy/sell agreements. Lisa specializes in special needs planning including special needs trust, guardianships and more. She has a passion for ensuring an appropriate quality of life for disabled individuals and others facing unique life circumstances.
