Wildcats climb to No. 14

Each week the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches release a new update to their Top-25 poll and each week the Sulphur Springs Wildcats have climbed the rankings. This week is no different, with the Wildcats hitting a new peak at No. 14.

Since joining the polls in early December, the Wildcats have continued to climb. The Wildcats are 18-7 this year and 2-0 in district play.

Both of their district wins of come in blowout fashion, as they beat Marshall 75-48 and Longview Pine Tree 85-51. Sulphur Springs is back in action Tuesday with a home game against the 23-2 Hallsville Bobcats.
