On the morning of November 29, Daniel Wyatt with Wyatt’s Towing & Recovery Inc. donated 24 bicycles to Blue Santa. Now just don’t get them stuck in a ditch, or he’ll have to come tow you!

November 30 kicks off the Blue Santa toy drive in the Walmart parking lot from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Brisket lunch will be available.

With donations from City National Bank, Triple Crown Roofing and others, the law enforcement group has raised enough money to give Christmas toys to 48 local kids in need.

However, according to Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Tanner Crump they know of at least 800 total in need.
