Obituary For Gerald Lee Holcomb
Gerald Lee Holcomb, 82 of Pecan Gap, Texas, passed away November 16, 2021.Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday November 20, 2021, at Delta Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service; Noel Bailey will officiate. Interment will follow at Pecan Gap cemetery.
Serving as Pallbears will be Brian Hamm, Kenneth Hamm, Keith Weathers, Gary Hamm, Adam Gregoire, Kalen Kimm.
Gerald was born July 8,1939 in Mt Vernon, Texas to Curtis Harris and Elva Loreen “Parrish” Holcomb. They preceded him in death as well as his wife of 42 ½ years Barbara Holcomb and son Eddie Holcomb, and sister Coqueese Dixon.
Gerald retired from the City of Farmers Branch, and he served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include wife Regina of Paris, Texas, daughter Sandy Hamm and husband Gary, son Rocky Pogue and wife Janie, son Danny Holloway, daughter Dawn Weathers and husband Keith, grandchildren Kenny Hamm, Brian Hamm, Kandi Pogue, and Katerina Weathers. Sons, David G. Harris, Mark Harris, daughter Dainiele Kimm. Grandchildren: Kendal Kimm, and Kaden Kimm, brother Deryl and Betty Holcomb, sister Mary Jarboe as well as several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
