The Hopkins County Genealogical Society will host their annual Cemetery Walk on November 7 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The cost is $10 to attend, and will take place at City Cemetery. 

Each year, Genealogical Society members portray important figures from Hopkins County’s history. This year, the cast will include: 

  • Ann Lorayne Stribling Frost
  • Gladys Alexander
  • Minnie Vera Jeffrees Sheppard
  • Callie Jeffrees Fanning
  • James D Lynch
  • R. F. Rogers
  • John C. Buford
