SSHS Choir qualifies for top honors
SSHS choir students competed in All Region choir auditions on Saturday, October 9. The following students qualified for Region and advanced to Pre Area. These students are on the path to TMEA All State choir. Pre Area auditions are December 2.
The students are as follows:
- Mika Boren – Soprano 1, 10th chair, grade 10
- Karisma Stegient – Soprano 2, 12th chair, grade 9
- Danielle Verlander – Soprano 2, 9th chair, grade 11
- Summer Patterson – Alto 1, 3rd chair, grade 9
- Colbie Glenn – Alto 2, 4th chair, grade 11
- Axel Garcia – Tenor 2, 5th chair, grade 11
- Alan Guzman – Tenor 2 3rd chair, grade 10
- William (Bradley) Sims – Bass 1, 7th chair, grade 10
- Lausen Ost – Bass 1, 2nd chair, grade 11
- Sean Dial – Bass 2, 6th chair, grade 11
