As of 8 a.m. on September 7, 2021, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office completed the following: 234 non-emergency calls, 62 calls for service, 10 traffic stops and no inmate transports. They booked in 4 persons and released no persons.

  • Shamiria Kelly Brown, 25, of Dallas, was booked in at 12:32 a.m. on Sept. 7 at the 115 mile marker on an outstanding warrant for alleged evading arrest or detention out of Dallas County. Bond was set at $1500.
  • De’Angelo Day’yon Neely, 18, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was booked in at 7:54 p.m. on Sept. 7 at the 110 mile marker of I-30 for alleged possession of marijuana less than two ounces and evading arrest or detention on foot. Bond was not set. 
  • A 58-year-old Dallas man was booked in at 8:18 p.m. on Sept. 7 at the 7-Star truck stop for alleged public intoxication. Bond was not set. 
  • Brayhlon Nathaniel Martin, 18, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was booked in at 7:54 p.m. on Sept. 7 at the 110 mile marker of I-30 for alleged possession of marijuana less than two ounces and evading arrest or detention on foot. Bond was not set.
