A memorial service for Shelly Petty Rawson, age 55, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at a later date. Mrs. Rawson passed away at on August 11, 2021 at Christus Mother Frances – Tyler due to health complications.
Shelly was born to Dorothy Dell and Jerry Mac Petty on October 26, 1965 in Winnsboro, TX. She married Michael Rawson on July 14, 2012 in Sulphur Springs, TX.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Kirby Mills, Mikki Petty and fiancé, Kasey Follis and Hunter Mills; grandchildren, Angel Mills, Mackenzie Shanks, Colby Shanks, Benjamin Follis, Bryton Ruhter, Kellie Ruhter, Kiera Shanks and Maddison Shanks; sisters, Alicia Coats and husband, Shad; nephews, Mason and Justin Coats; aunts and uncles she holds close to her heart, Mary McGlamery, Ronny and Sally Gunn, Dan and Barbara Petty, Don and Jerri Petty.
