Leon Gerardus Heijligers Obituary

There are so many words, memories and feelings that come to our minds when we think of Leon. As we know, it would be impossible to sum up how incredible he was in a paragraph. However, anyone that knew Leon knew that there  was a special energy about him that made him impossible not to love. Leon passed on June 23rd, 2021 after sustaining injuries from a vehicle accident early that morning. He will leave behind an undeniable legacy amongst his family, friends and community. From being the most caring and loving husband to his wife, Inge- he dedicated his life to her and their two sons Yan & Tim. Leon was a loving husband, dad, son, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. Leon leaves behind a surviving family that would have gone to the ends of the earth for him.
