Local Fire Departments Quickly Extinguish Fire at Atwood’s Farm and Ranch Center

Sulphur Springs Fire Department and Hopkins County Fire Department responded to a fire at Atwood’s Farm and Ranch Center on Monday.

The fire was reported around 4 am and the first units on the scene observed an active fire inside of the store.
Firefighters were able to quickly stop the fire. The damage was minimal to one area of the store along with related smoke damage.
Fire Marshals were on scene later in the day to attempt to determine the cause of the fire.
