Wreath Honoring Vietnam Veteran Stolen from Downtown Sulphur Springs

The Hopkins County Veterans Memorial committee is asking for the return of a wreath honoring a local Vietnam Veteran that was stolen from downtown Sulphur Springs.

The wreath was given in honor of a local Veteran who served in Vietnam, and for the purpose of remembering those who didn’t make it back from that warm, according to a social media post from the committee.
The post said that, “Taking their Memorial Wreath from them is just pouring salt in an already deep and painful wound!”
