An upper level system and associated cold front will impact the area today with a few morning showers and thunderstorms across eastern Central Texas. A strong storm with gusty winds and small hail is possible. Clouds will be slow to decrease from west to east today with increasing north-northwest winds 15-20 mph and gusty by afternoon. Highs will only warm into the 60s north and 70s elsewhere.
