Graveside service for James Christie, age 66, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 2:00P.M. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Pickton Cemetery with Buddy Wiggins officiating. Mr. Christie passed away on April 2, 2021 at his residence in Sulphur Springs, TX.

James was born on January 20, 1955 in Dallas, Tx to John and Pauline (Crump) Christie. He joined the army in 1972 where he was later honorably discharged. James married Shela Ford Isbell in 1978, she survives. He was a construction worker and a member of the League St Church of Christ.

 James is also survived by a brother, John D Christie; nephews, Gary Christie and Jeremy Christie; numerous cousins and one very faithful and loving dog Bebe.

 James was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Oney Christie.
