HCSCO located the stolen vehicle on Helm Lane on Tuesday and made contact with Ozie Lue Goodlow. Goodlow reportedly admitted to taking the SUV for a test drive and never returning it.

Goodlow also told officers that her neighbor, Artina Marie Mallry, assisted her in stealing the vehicle.

Mallry was contacted by officers and admitted to being with Goodlow and driving Goodlow’s vehicle back to their apartment complex after Goodlow took the vehicle that was for sale for a test drive.

Both women were taken into custody and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
