Cumby City Council Appoints Ryan Horne to Place 5 on Thursday Night
The Cumby City Council appointed Ryan Horne to fill the vacant seat on Place 5 on the council on Thursday night.
The now Cumby City Council Place 5 Alderman Julie Morris submitted her resignation recently. The council approved the resignation at last night’s council meeting.
Audri Mayo, Wayne Mobley, and Horne were nominated to fill the vacant seat. Horne received 3 votes to fill the seat and Mayo received one. Horne was sworn in quickly after the vote.
