Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Man Found Lying in Ditch on Dallas County Warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28 year old man on Monday for a Dallas County warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after receiving a report about the man lying in a ditch.

HCSO conducted a welfare check after receiving reports of a man lying in a ditch at Highway 19 S and CR 1164 shortly after 7 pm.

Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with Sequouya D Kimble.  A records check with communications revealed the warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon out of Dallas County.

Kimble was transported to Hopkins County Jail without incident.
