Houston Man Arrested with 2.2 Pounds of Cocaine on I-30 by Sulphur Springs Police Department

Sulphur Springs Police Department arrested a 32 year old Houston man on Wednesday after discovering a large amount of cocaine during a traffic stop on I-30.

SSPD stopped Jeramy Lynard Thomas for a traffic violation at the 130 mile marker on I-30 East at 8:32 pm.
Thomas was found to be in possession of approximately 2.2 pounds of cocaine.
Thomas was arrested and transported to Hopkins County Jail. He is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Over 400 Grams.
