Hospitalizations Rise to New High-Hopkins County COVID-19 Report for November 24th, 2020

Hopkins County Emergency Management announced that the state will no longer be providing the county with daily updates. Our daily totals moving forward will be from the state dashboard. 

There are now 56 active cases confirmed by molecular testing with 798 total reported cases in Hopkins County and 691 patients are listed as recovered.
Twenty two patients are hospitalized in the COVID-19 unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs, as of Monday.
The state dashboard added another fatality and is now showing a total of 51 fatalities. 

As of 5pm Saturday, November 21, 2020, a total of 3,986 COVID tests have been performed at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street.
