77 New Cases and 61 Recoveries in Hopkins County Reported on October 19th, 2020

Hopkins County Emergency Management announced 77 new cases of COVID-19 and 61 recoveries in Hopkins County on Monday.

There are now 541 total reported cases in Hopkins County and 414 patients are listed as recovered, according to the county. 
Ten patients are currently hospitalized in the COVID-19 unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs.
The state dashboard is showing a total of twenty three fatalities.

As of 5pm Saturday, October 17, 2020, a total of 1,479 COVID tests have been performed at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street.
