Incoming Hurricane Delta will bring rain to Eastern Texas as it makes landfall and moves inland on Friday. The best rain chances will be in our far eastern/southeastern counties, and will become more isolated as you move back west. Skies will be mostly cloudy, but will gradually clear from west to east throughout the afternoon hours. Winds will be from the east-southeast around 5-10 MPH. Patchy fog likely to develop around daybreak generally along and west of I- 35.
