Drive-Thru Stew: Hopkins County Stew Contest Planned for October 24th

The 2020 Hopkins County Stew Festival will be held on October 24th but there will be some slight changes due to COVID-19.

The Stew Festival will feature drive-thru service this year while supplies last. You can pick which cook’s stew you would like if you order in advance. 

The Chamber of Commerce was able to sell 1,000 tickets for individuals to be in the park that day and those tickets are completely sold out. No additional tickets for park admission will be sold.

If you do not pre-order, but drive through on stew day, you will not be able to choose a specific cook’s stew. You will, though, get to choose chicken or beef.

You can pre-order beginning October 1st by calling or coming by the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce.
