SULPHUR SPRINGS, TX – Last Friday night Jettribe hosted the Launch Party for the local community and to help kick-off the future watercraft race series in Sulphur Springs, Texas. The event was originally ready to go back in March when it was postponed by the shutdown. The event set-up remained in place like a time capsule at the beautiful Cedar Canyon Events venue until last week, when it was brought to life with music, food, and a fashion show of 2020 Jettribe products. The spacious location allowed for safe social distancing, along with plenty of Jettribe masks and hand sanitizer.
Jettribe recruited local models from the community to participate in the fashion show. The models showed off for the attendees exactly what Jettribe designs for the watercraft industry, including apparel, life vests and wetsuits. This was the first fashion show for a lot of the models, but they looked and acted like true professionals.
The evening was a great chance for the Jettribe staff from both our Texas and California offices to meet with the local community, and get out from behind our computers to talk about our brand. So many of our events are spent on the ground at races, so it was a great chance to dress-up and show off our hard work to our growing Texas family.
Jettribe gave special thanks to Mandy with Cedar Canyon Events for hosting the evening, Dan Davis for being the official M/C, and to all our local models for taking the time to help with the fashion show.
