Hopkins County Civil Proceedings Delayed Until June 1st

All civil cases in Hopkins County courts have been suspended until June 1st, according to Hopkins County Justices of the Peace BJ Teer and Brad Cummings.

All civil cases such as evictions, civil debt claims and small claims are put on hold, according to the temporary standing order.  Pending cases will be rescheduled and participants will be notified by mail 

This does not include deadlines for perfecting an appeal, appellate appeals or requests for relief
