Poultry, Swine, Steer, and Heifer Show Awards Handed Out at 2020 NorthEast Texas Livestock Association Junior Market Livestock Show

The 2020 NorthEast Texas Livestock Association Junior Market Livestock Show continued yesterday with the Poultry, Swine, Steer, and Heifer Shows.

Brody Weatheread of North Hopkins FFA was named Grand Champion of the Poultry Show. Micah Flemens of Hopkins County 4H was Reserve Champion. Flemens was also awarded Senior Showmanship, Karrigan McQuay received the Intermediate Showmanship award, and Presley Hunt of Sulphur Springs FFA was awarded the Junior Showmanship award.
Kindal Shackelford of North Hopkins FFA was named Grand Champion of the Swine Show. Brody Busby of Como-Pickton FFA was Reserve Champion. Tracey Shackelford of North Hopkins FFA was awarded Senior Showmanship, Kindal Shackelford also received the Intermediate Showmanship award, and Hayden McCoy of Sulphur Springs FFA was awarded the Junior Showmanship award.
Tracey Shackelford of North Hopkins FFA was named Grand Champion of the Steer Show. Rolando Massey of Miller Grove FFA showed the Reserve Champion project. Tracey Shackelford was also awarded Senior Showmanship, Miki Gray of Hopkins County 4H received the Intermediate Showmanship award, and Dodge Chamness was awarded the Junior Showmanship award.
Coen Bell of Sulphur Springs FFA was named Grand Champion of the Heifer Show. Savannah Allen of Sulphur Springs FFA showed the Reserve Champion project. Savannah Allen was also awarded Senior Showmanship, Kaitlin Myers of North Hopkins FFA received the Intermediate Showmanship award, and Abbie Melton of Cumby FFA was awarded the Junior Showmanship award.
The NETLA Junior Market Livestock Show continues today with the Sale of Champions at 1 pm.
