Psalm 121:1-2
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? 2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when stepping out into the life and calling God has for them is not seeking Him along the way. When they catch a glimpse of what the Lord is revealing to them, they rush off in excitement and anticipation, leaving God behind. God will never give you an assignment that He wants you to do for Him. Rather, everything that He has planned for you He wants you to do with Him. He loves you too much to send you off on your own. His plan is to always have you walk out your calling with Him being close by. Your relationship with Him should become stronger as you move into what He shows you, not more estranged. If you currently find yourself in the middle of what He’s called you to do but He’s nowhere in sight, then you’ve taken off on your own. He’s not hiding from you, as a matter of fact, He’s right where you left Him. If you’ll stop, take a breath, and look up to where He is, He’ll be right there waiting to help you. Give Him the opportunity to refresh and restore your relationship and pick back up where you left off. This time, be sure to include Him those plans that came from Him in the first place. There’s nothing impossible when you keep your relationship with Him the top priority as you work together to accomplish great thing for the Kingdom. – Love and Blessings, Pastor Jeff
