Car Crashes Into Cravings Fish Fry at the Corner of Highway 11 and FM 275 North Causing Significant Damage

A car crashed into Cravings Fish Fry last night at the corner of Highway 11 and FM 275 N and caused significant damage to the restaurant.

Hopkins County law enforcement and emergency personnel responded to the report of the accident around 1:30 am Thursday morning. The driver reportedly left the vehicle and fled the scene after the accident.

Cravings Fish Fry owner Sandy Ramsey posted pictures on Facebook showing the damage caused by the accident. The black two door car can be seen sitting fully inside of the restaurant.

DPS is leading the investigation into the crash and has not released any further information.
