Texas A&M-Commerce’s campus is locked-down and all classes have been canceled for the remainder of the day due to a shooting on the campus. Law enforcement is currently working an active criminal investigation at Pride Rock.

UPD is currently working an active criminal investigation at Pride Rock. All students, faculty, and staff should shelter in place until further notice. All classes are canceled for the remainder of the day and evening at the A&M-Commerce campus.
Additional sheltering space is available at the Club and in the ballrooms at Rayburn Student Center. Faculty and staff are encouraged to remain in their offices.
