Funeral service for June Roach, age 74, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Richland Baptist Church with Leo Wisneiwski officiating. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Roach passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Presbyterian Health – Dallas.
June was born on July 6, 1945 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Arthur and Edith Smith. She married Ted Roach and he preceded her in death in 2005. June retired from the Sheriff Dept. as a Secretary/ Jail Administrator. She was a member of Richland Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Rhonda Stillwagoner and husband, Kenny, Joe Roach and wife, Melinda, Paul Roach and wife, Marie, Shelly Campbell and husband, Kenneth; grandchildren, Josh Stillwagoner (Vanessa), Candace Ashmore (Layne), Samantha Robbins (Aaron), Miranda Micka (Jacob), Lexi Foley (J Thomas), Jessica Horne (Zack), Taylor Roach, P.Ray Roach, Annie Roach, Kenny Campbell (Jonah), Pamela Campbell; ten great grandchildren; brother, Marvin Smith and wife, Wanda.
June was preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandson, Trevor Roach; brother, Vernon Smith; sister/friend, Linda Vliet, Jeri Wisniewski.
