Funeral Service for Hazel Reese, age 79, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Triumph Christian Center with Rusty Posey and Kevan Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Posey Cemetery with Jason Davis, Robert Reese, Quade Baxter, John Jetton, Herman Morris, and Joe Morris serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. on Friday, November 29,2019 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Hazel passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at her residence.
Hazel was born June21, 1940 in Houston, TX to Sam Morris and Effie Harris. She married Richard Eugene Reese on November 15, 1965 in Dallas, TX. Hazel worked in the food service for SSID and was a member of the Hope Family Fellow Church.
Survivors include her son, Richard Don Reese of AZ; daughter, Virginia Desovza of Sulphur Springs,TX; sister, Florence Russell of Paris, TX; 12 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sons;David Wayne Clements Sr., Steven Clements, Kenneth Clements, Michael Reese, James Reese; grandson, David Wayne Clements Jr.; granddaughter, Natasha Wheeler; 4 brothers.
