The movie theater in Sulphur Springs, rebranded as Bright Star Cinemas, will re-open to the public on Friday, November 15th. The theater will have a private grand opening on November 14th.
The new ownership has replaced the speakers, sound system, screens, and installed electric leather recliners during the $4.5 million renovation. The concession area will now serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and a few other new items. There will also be two dedicated ticket kiosks inside so patrons don’t have to wait in line at the concession stand to purchase tickets.
The online ticket purchase presence will also be greatly expanded. Guests will be able to pick their seat and reserve that specific seat in advance.
The theater is hiring and beginning to accept applications for employees. Applications are available at the theater and interviews will begin next week.
