Frankie Elizabeth Hagan Sanders went home to be with the Lord, October 11 2019. She was born January 31, 1927 in Sherman, Texas. Her parents were Arthur Franklin Hagan and Della Mae Hall Hagan. They moved from Sherman to Hopkins County, Texas in 1936.

She married Harvey Francis Sanders on February 3, 1943 in Sulphur Springs, Texas. They lived in and around the Brashear, Texas area for all of their adult lives.

Family includes Linda Sanders, Reta Linette and Tommie M. Banks, John (Butch) Duncan, Tia and Jason Holley, Brittany and Colton Gammill, Hagan, Piper, and Phoenix Gammill, Mackenzie and Richie Martinez, Richie Jr., and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, parents, sister and brother-in-law, Loreta and Samuel Flemens, and nephew, Rex Arden Flemens.

Frankie will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She loved Jesus and being a servant to others. She was a long-time member of Brashear Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m.Monday, October 14, 2019 at West Oaks Funeral Home with Rev. David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Brashear Cemetery with Tim Baxter, RayWilemon, Rodney Caudle, John Duncan,  Ronny Hoops, and Colton Gammill serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Lake Country CASA, 218 Connally Street, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482.
