Bowie Elementary Student Careflighted to Children’s Medical After Sustaining Playground Injury

We have confirmed that there was an injury to a student on the Bowie Elementary playground in Sulphur Springs this morning. According to the information we received, the student was careflighted to Children’s Medical at approximately 10:45 am after suffering a broken arm.
The parents of the student have been made aware of the injury and classes have resumed as normal.
