Teams from Hopkins County competing in the Dixie World Series at Coleman Park won 5 of the 6 games they played this weekend.

The Hopkins County Debs All-Star team beat Tennessee 5-4 last night to make their record 2-0. They also won their game on Saturday 15-3. They will play South Carolina tonight at 8 p.m. on Field 5.

The Hopkins County Ponytails All-Star team lost to a tough Alabama team 12-4 last night. They won their first game 5-2 on Saturday. They face Virginia in an elimination game tonight at 6 p.m. on Field 2.

The Hopkins County Angels All-Star team beat Florida 7-2 yesterday. They won their first game on Saturday 15-5. They will play again tonight at 8 p.m. on Field 3.
