East End Alliance-Our Youth is gearing up for their 2nd Annual Back to School Ready Round Up event August 18, 2019, from 3pm-7pm at the Gray’s Building in Pacific Park. The event consists of family fun, games, food, community wellness checks and more activities for the youth.
East End Alliance-Our Youth asks that you consider supporting the back to school event. They’re still providing fresh haircuts, pretty hairstyles, and hygiene packs (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, deodorant, hand sanitizer). This year the goal is to give away 50 backpacks filled with school supplies.
A $10 donations will provide a child with a backpack and school supplies. Donations of drinks, napkins, nacho cheese, nacho chips, and snacks are also needed. Donations of toothpaste, deodorant, and hand sanitizer as well for the personal hygiene bags. Your donation will help ensure that they are able to meet the needs of the youth and prepare them for a ready start for the school year.
