Saltillo Competes at Regional Track Meet. Sienna Collins Qualifies for State Track Meet for Fourth Time.

Sienna Collins is going to the state track meet for the fourth time in her high-school career as she represents Saltillo ISD in the 800 and mile. At regional’s she places 1st in the 800 and second in the mile.
Garret Tarver got third in the 2 mile and 6th in the 800 at the Regional track meet. Ben Moore missed going to state by 1/4 of an inch in the Long Jump and got 3rd. Ben also competed in the Triple Jump and the 4×100. Matt Gurley also competed in the Long Jump and the 4×100. \ Eddi Olayo and Brancen Cupp were also on the 4×100 team. Dillion Beadle ran in the one mile and Levi Hoover qualified in the shot put.
The Saltillo Lions boys track team was also the district runner up for the 2019 track season.
