Betty (Boyd) Morrill entered into her eternal home on Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Sulphur Springs surrounded by her family. She was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on July 10, 1940 the daughter of Lawrence Eugene and Bessie Minnie (McCollum) Boyd. She married Clyde Morrill on June 28, 1958 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2005.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Annette Lewis, and husband Jack, Sheryl Pendleton, and husband Jeff, Laura Robinson, and husband Ron, Chad Morrill, and wife Nicole; daughter-in-law, Ann Morrill Roberts; grandchildren, Jaime Hale, Mandy Fiock, Amy Stockton, Sarah Gentry, Lakan Johnson, Lane Taylor, Jake Morrill, Jesse Morrill, Hannah Morrill, Bryson Morrill, Conner Morrill; seventeen great-grandchildren; siblings, Frank Boyd, and wife Linda, Larry Boyd, and wife Joan, Ruth Alder; nanny’s boys, Austin Orwosky, Lincoln Orwosky; nieces, nephews, and special friends.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Chuck Morrill and grandson, Josh Morrill.
A celebration of life will be held at Central Baptist Church on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gideons.
