Presenter:  Ronny Glossup 

Ronny is a native of Hopkins County, attended North Hopkins High School, East Texas State University and was a platoon Sargent in Vietnam.  He was a Hopkins County Justice of the Peace for 20 years.  In addition, he was the past president of the Rural Urban Association, past president of Sulphur Springs Rotary Club and past chairman of the board of the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce.  Ronny was president of the Hopkins County Genealogical Society for 7 years and also served as 1st vice president in charge of programs, as well as, long with his wife Anita, served as treasurer.  He and Anita have been doing genealogy for over 40 years.  They are www.findagrave.com contributors and almost every week they are in a cemetery somewhere.  Ronny says they even plan on being buried in one someday!
