Juvenile Arrested for Making Terroristic Threat Towards SSMS Student

Sulphur Springs Police Department took a juvenile into custody Monday night for making “terroristic threats” towards a Sulphur Springs Middle School student.
The juvenile had threatened to come to Sulphur Springs Middle School and shoot the student. SSPD was alerted to the threat and took the juvenile into custody.
The juvenile has been transferred to Gregg County Juvenile Detention Center. Because of his age, the juvenile’s name wasn’t released.
